Simple answer to thisâŚstop thinking you can make money on the internet. It is virtually a cesspit of grifters for the most part, all trying to sell you something. The ones trying to get you to do that have already made a fortune from telling people theyâll get rich if they just follow their advise and of course invest with them.
You want to make money? Go see a financial advisor either through your bank or an independent. Itâs slower but far safer.
If you want to play on the stock market you REALLY need to know what you are doing and thatâs a crapshoot anyways these days, because apparently itâs easily manipulated by Trump and friends.
So sad! One thing people can do when getting scammed online, is contact online Police, yes, there is such a thing. My late best friend worked for the Toronto Police force & guided me, not in a money scam, but, a German man trying to get my affections & it would be nice if I had a 12 year old daughter!!! I was livid & not interested in him, married at the time, but, I like to let things play out to see how far scammers push things. After my contact with online Police, all documentation was forwarded to them...never heard from the guy since & hope he is in jail. Others try to scam for money, you won the lottery, please send $568.00 so we can send your 2 million to you. Me: Why do I have to send YOU money IF I won money? It's a fee we charge to process it...ok, just deduct that amount of money because I am not sending money. I reported that & it was stopped! I could go on, believe no one unless you have proof!!!!! NOT lies, that's not proof :)
