All US-funded of course. At last count, 153 countries had signed MoUs with China's stupendously successful Belt & Road Initiative (AKA The New Silk Roads) which is raising millions if not billions of people out of poverty - nearly every country in Africa, most of the Middle East, large parts of South America, several European countries even ... for a peaceful shared community for humankind and a healthier planet.
