MP’s do leave all the time but the timing is awful, Carney and his team have their hands full right now. But do think an election would be a reasonable consideration while his favourability is high and before pp and the divisive propaganda have a chance to keep misinforming the public. Have been encouraging family and friends to give Substack a try but have been Facebook devoted for decades 😖 talk about rage baiting and misinformation, sad what they repeat as fact cause they read it on Facebook

What worries me more isn't who wins or loses...
it's making sure Canadians can still agree on basic facts when AI, social media, and political spin are all competing for our attention.
As for living under the current U.S. administration...
I'll happily keep my Canadian passport, universal healthcare, and supply of maple syrup right where they are.🍁
